A note on medicine in Colombia. Just because you can walk up to a pharmacy and order drugs like a milkshake & fries in the US doesn't mean that you should take them with such disregard for order/formality. All of the 5 medicines I have been on for the past week have different time tables, that were described to me in moments of high confusion/dizziness/nausea, and I now find myself popping pills on random time tables. Bad idea....
